The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. breakfast included various options, such as pastries, cereals, and hot dishes. i enjoyed the spacious superior double room. It featured a comfortable bed and modern amenities.
The tv was not working for a couple of hours. It was quickly fixed.

parking arrangements were problematic as i had reserved in advance, but no space was available upon arrival and a fee had been charged incorrectly. the alleyway to the alternative free parking was difficult to navigate with a long car.

the location was excellent with just a ten-minute walk to the town center. i found parking nearby easily and it was also close to the seafront which was super convenient for my walks.
the outside of the building looked a bit tired when i arrived which gave me a slight initial concern

the hotel is just a short ten-minute walk from the train station simplifying arrival and departure and the position is amazing near abby park and the sea front providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic views.
